Samsuri, Bupati Bogor Ade Yasin, Danrem 061 Brigjen TNI Rudy Saladin, undangan dan civitas akademika Universitas Djuanda. Ditemui usai pelantikan, Suhaidi mengatakan dirinya akan melakukan pembenahan secara internal dengan mengakomodasi kearifan lokal local wisdom. "Saya akan lakukan pembenahan secara interen karena saya orang baru di sini," kata Suhaidi, Kamis 17/3/2022. Untuk menjadi universitas unggul, Suhaidi akan fokus pada pengembangan Tridharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pendidikan/pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. "Kita akan sesuaikam dengan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka MBKM dari pemerintah saat ini," jelas Suhaidi. Selain Tridharma perguruan tinggi, Suhaidi akan terus meningkatkan kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan Unida selama ini yaitu tauhid dan profesionalisme.
